Bay Area Warehouse Cleanouts. Pallet & Inventory Removal.

Old inventory, pallets, racking and mountains of cardboard pile up fast, and moving it is awkward, tiring work for a team that’s meant to be shipping orders. Our warehouse cleanout crew carries it all out to the truck and hauls it away, so your people stay on the floor. You don’t sort it first. Warehouses across the East Bay, the Tri-Valley, the Peninsula and the South Bay get the same crew, and so do the ones farther out.

How it works

Warehouse cleanouts in 3 steps, from first photo to open floor.

  1. Show us the floor

Call us or send a few photos through the form: the aisles, the dock and anything still standing. A rough list of what's going is all we need to start.

    Quick to send

  2. Get a free quote

We price by the room everything takes in the truck, never by the hour, so a long walk from the back wall to the dock won't change your number. The crew confirms the exact price on site before loading.

    No cost, no commitment

  3. We clear it and haul it

Pallets, racking, stock and packaging get carried to the truck and loaded by our crew, not yours. Your team keeps picking and shipping while we work.

Why warehouses call us

Your team ships orders. Ours hauls the rest.

We’re a family owned and operated crew, and hauling is the whole job for us. Clearing a warehouse in-house means pulling pickers and drivers off the floor, renting a truck, maybe bringing in temp help, and still losing days to it. Racking uprights are long and hard to get a grip on, a pallet of dead stock is heavier than it looks, and the cardboard never stops. Pallet removal, inventory disposal and full warehouse clear-outs are everyday work for us, and because we price by truck space, a long walk from the back wall to the dock never adds to your bill.

  • Licensed and insured on every job
  • No temp labor or rental truck to arrange
  • You don't sort a thing before we arrive
  • Usable stock goes to a reuse partner first
  • Priced by truck space, never the clock

Warehouse pricing

Priced by space, not by the shift.

A warehouse cleanout is priced by how much room everything takes up in our truck, not by how many hours the crew spends inside. A long carry from the back wall or a dock that’s a little out of the way doesn’t change the number, which keeps it simple to approve.

A few pallets have their own rate, so a small pickup is never priced like a whole building. Quotes are free online or by phone, and the crew confirms the exact price on site before anything is loaded. If pallets and cardboard build up every week, ask about regular pickups, and Junk Magik keeps the dock clear on a schedule.

  • A few pallets

A short stack of broken pallets by the dock, or a handful of returns nobody is going to restock. Small pickups have their own rate, and we're happy to make the trip.

  • One aisle or corner

A run of shelving units, a block of dead stock and the cardboard that came with it. Half a day of lifting for your team, a normal stop for ours.

  • A full warehouse

Moving out, closing up, or taking over a building the last tenant left full. Racking, old inventory, pallets and packaging, cleared as one job.

  • Regular pickups

Pallets, cardboard and returns build up every week. A standing pickup keeps the dock clear without tying up anyone on your crew.

Why it stalls

Warehouses fill up slowly. Clearing one takes a crew.

Nobody plans for a back corner of dead stock or a wall of broken pallets. It builds up a little at a time, and by the time it’s in the way, it’s a bigger job than anyone on staff has hours for. Here’s what makes it hard, and how Junk Magik takes it off your plate.

  1. It piles up in layers

Returns nobody restocked, discontinued product, shrink-wrapped pallets, crushed cardboard. Each layer is small on its own, but together they swallow an aisle, and a lot of it is a two-person carry. Junk Magik clears the whole stack in one visit.

  2. Do we have to sort it first?

No. Show us what's staying, and we'll take the rest from there. Pulling cardboard from metal and usable stock from broken goods is our job once it's on the truck, not a task for your team the week before. That's how Junk Magik keeps the day short.

  3. Your team has a day job

Pickers, packers and drivers were hired to keep orders moving. Pull them off the floor for a cleanout and shipping slows, and renting a truck or bringing in temp help adds cost on top. Handing the job to Junk Magik keeps your people where they're needed.

A few things we can’t take

Some chemicals and materials kept in warehouses count as hazardous and need a licensed handler instead of a general hauler. Not sure about something on your shelves? Give us a call and we’ll let you know straight away.

Everything else, from dead stock to the last broken pallet, Junk Magik is happy to haul away.

After pickup

What happens to old inventory once it’s on our truck?

Most of a warehouse load is cardboard, wood, metal and product that still works. Here’s the order a Junk Magik load moves through after it leaves your dock.

  1. Usable stock reused first

Product that still works, shelving in good shape and sound pallets go to a reuse partner before anything else, so they keep earning their keep somewhere new.

  2. Cardboard and metal recycled

The boxes, the broken-down cartons and the steel shelving and racking get sorted out of the load and sent to recycling instead of the landfill.

  3. Electronics kept apart

Scanners, printers, monitors and old computers count as e-waste in California, so they go to an e-waste recycler rather than riding in the mixed load.

  4. Landfill as the last stop

Damaged stock and packaging that truly has nowhere better to go. It's the smallest share we can make it, and it always goes last.

Warehouse cleanout FAQ

Clearing a warehouse? Read this first.

Pricing, timing, what we take and what happens to old stock. These are the questions warehouse managers and owners ask Junk Magik before they book.

  • It's priced by how much space everything takes up in our truck, not by the hours the crew spends on site. A few pallets have their own rate, and a full building is quoted by volume. Quotes are free online or by phone, and the exact price is confirmed on site before anything is loaded.

  • Yes, racking and shelving are a regular part of warehouse jobs. If any of it is still standing or anchored to the floor, mention it when you book so we can plan the day around it.

  • Yes. Damaged goods, returns that can't be resold and discontinued product all come out along with everything else. Anything still usable goes to a reuse partner first, and if some of it needs special handling, tell us up front and we'll make sure it goes to the right place.

  • Yes. If pallets, cardboard or returns build up every week, we can come by on a regular schedule so the dock stays clear and nobody on your team has to stop and load a truck.

  • Yes, and it's a great reason to call. Racking, pallets, stock and packaging someone else left behind all come out, so you can start fresh in an empty building.

  • We'll book the cleanout on a day that works for your operation. Tell us your busy days and receiving times when you call, and we'll plan around them.

  • Absolutely. A short stack of pallets or one corner of old stock is a real job for us, with its own rate. You don't need a full building to give Junk Magik a call.

  • Yes. Junk Magik is licensed and insured on every job, warehouses included.
